Jordan and Barbara Gary are the owners of Encore Pianos. Barbara has two degrees in Piano Pedagogy (SMU and Furman Universities) and has been a piano teacher and church musician for many years. Jordan has several degrees, such as a Masters in Theology from SMU and an Engineering degree from Texas A&M. Jordan has a passion to learn about pianos and how they are designed and made. Together, Jordan and Barbara have visited several piano companies in Europe and helped chose the current brands which we sell. They are deeply committed to making Encore Pianos the very best place to shop for a piano and to have the greatest selection of pianos to experience and choose from.
Their vision is to not only have the best piano store and the best piano shopping experience for piano shoppers, but to partner with music teachers and piano enthusiasts to build a better piano community. In this effort we are partnering with teachers and pianists to build their businesses and professions as well as extend the many piano concerts and many related events.
Andy Riordan
andy@encore-pianos.com Our Store Manager is Andy Riordan. Andy has been in the piano business for about 40 years. He has owned a Piano store in New Mexico where he sold Steinways, Kawais, Petrofs, and other brands. He has also managed piano stores for several of the major dealers in New Mexico, Houston and Dallas. Andy is a recognized piano expert and achomplished store manager.
He has been awarded several times as the Steinway Dealer of the Year. Andy is excited to now be managing an amazing store with so many wonderful brands and such a large selection of pianos.
Wesley Tuttle
Wesley has also been in the piano business for about 40 years. He begain by becoming a hightly trained piano tuner and piano technician. He continues to do some tuning. However for the last 290 years he has worked for Mr. Es and Keyboard Unlimited stores selling pianos and tuning. He did most of the preparation of pianos which was done at Keyboard Unlimited. So he is very knowledgeable about the inner quality of pianos and their different sound and touch. He is an expert who can help you find the greatest value or the most wonderful piano for your dreams.
